Availability Timeline

  • Production Meat Birds: Starting in July, meat from our production meat birds will be ready for purchase.
  • Heritage Breed Turkeys: In September, our heritage breed turkeys will be available.

We will begin taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving turkeys starting in mid-to-late July, so stay tuned for more information!
